To secure your reservation a 25% deposit is required. The balance is due upon your arrival. Cancellations must be in writing (including email). There is a 50% refund of deposit given after bank expenses for cancellations with more than 30 days notice of the reservation date. There is no refund if the cancellation is less than 30 days of the reservation date. There is a minimum of 1 nights accommodation charged for a cancellation.
